Intelligent material frame handling

The rail crane remote control system enables the operator to accurately control the operation of the rail crane from a remote location, and to obtain real-time data of the job site in a timely and accurate manner, thereby realizing remote control and management of the job site.

The intelligent grab crane is equipped with an unmanned automated management system. The system uses laser ranging technology to obtain the three-dimensional map contour data of the material pile in the warehouse area in real time. The management system performs unified service dispatch and management, and cooperates with the crane's PLC control system to achieve unmanned and intelligent operation of the intelligent grab. After being equipped with the management system, it can greatly increase the speed of on-site operations, reduce manual intervention and waiting time, and thus improve overall operating efficiency.
